John joined Beacon on March 6, 2006, and over the past two decades has been a key contributor to the firm’s growth and reputation for excellence. As Vice President, John leads Beacon’s New York City office, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of complex consulting assignments and plays an integral role in supporting clients across the construction and surety industries.

John is particularly recognized for his leadership in surety claims consulting projects, where he brings a steady, analytical approach to evaluating risk, assessing project status, and guiding stakeholders through challenging situations. His work in construction defects projects has also been instrumental in helping clients understand technical issues, evaluate responsibility, and move toward resolution. In addition, John has extensive experience in construction loan monitoring, providing lenders with critical insights into project progress, financial controls, and overall risk exposure.

With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, John combines strong technical knowledge with practical field experience. His background in construction management allows him to approach projects with a comprehensive understanding of scheduling, cost control, and project execution, making him a trusted advisor to clients facing complex construction challenges.
