John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) is the main international airport serving New York City. More than 60 million airline passengers fly into or out of JKF per year on more than 455,000 flights. The JFK construction project which Beacon consulted on included foundation and pad installation for a new substation building, fuel tank installation, and replacement of the existing Approach Lighting System.

Beacon’s Role:

Beacon was retained to generate the baseline Primavera project schedule and perform subsequent progress updates as required by the contract. Beacon performed schedule assessments and generated schedule-related graphics and reports as required by the contractor. Beacon's team has taken a lead or supporting role in managing project scheduling as part of numerous construction consulting assignments. Beacon's team is highly adept in using Primavera Schedule (and other construction scheduling software) to create and update efficient (and realistic) construction project schedules.
