During the design phase, Beacon’s cost engineers work with the project designers to provide periodic cost estimates. Based upon the designed cost analysis, Beacon’s staff will work with the design professionals to develop value-engineering solutions to maintain the client’s desired budget.

Beacon’s cost engineering staff can assist clients in the preparation and submission of change orders and claims. Based on our historical cost database, Beacon provides bulletproof support to the change order and claim process.
