Beacon provided consulting services related to the construction of a new Approach Lighting System (ALS) associated with Runway Safety Area Improvements and a Runway Hold Apron Modification project. The project included the installation of new lighting stations and foundations at the ground level and on an existing pier. The project also included installation of a new ALS shelter, associated fuel tank, and various duct-banks and cabling.
Beacon’s Role:
Beacon was retained to take over the responsibility for revising and updating the project schedule using Primavera Schedule. Beacon also provided monthly update submittal materials and performed a schedule-delay analysis to illustrate the justification for damages due to the extended project duration.
