Beacon is providing QA/QC Manager services on the ‘Electrical Equipment Upgrade Construction 4’ project at the Deer Island Waste Water Treatment Plant in Winthrop, MA. The plant is operated by the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) and is located on Deer Island which is one of the Boston Harbor Islands.
