Nahant Beach Reservation is a popular beach and recreation area located northeast of Boston. The Nahant Beach Reservation Beach Access & Rehabilitation project included: Causeway reconstruction, related/supporting infrastructure, parking lot, retaining walls, new curbing and guardrails, boardwalks, boat ramp, and landscape work.

Following the default of the General Contractor, Beacon was retained by the Surety and to be the completion contractor. Beacon performed an assessment of the project including the cost to complete, assisted the Surety in finding a suitable completion contractor, and ratified the existing sub-contractors on the project.
