Jim McInerney and Dan Newcombe Receive NYC Construction Site Superintendent's Licenses

July 2014

Two members of Beacon Consulting's New York office, Jim McInerney and Dan Newcombe, have received their NYC Construction Supervisors licenses. In order to become licensed Construction Superintendents in New York City, Jim and Dan both completed a NYC DOB 40-hour Site Safety Manager course, as well as a 10-hour OSHA Construction Health & Safety Training course. Achieving this designation means that Jim and Dan have demonstrated extensive knowledge regarding NYC Building Codes, as well as current Federal and State regulatory standards and applicable local laws. Staying up to date on best practices for construction site management is one way that Beacon's team helps to ensure compliance and safe work practices on projects we manage or consult on. Congratulations Jim and Dan!
