On March 3, 2026, Beacon Consulting Group proudly celebrates 23 years in business.
What began as a focused construction consulting practice in New York City has grown into a leading national firm serving clients across the United States. Today, Beacon maintains offices in New York, Massachusetts, Florida, and California, and over the years has worked on projects in almost every state.
Our team now includes some of the industry’s leading experts in Construction Management, Surety Claims Consulting, Cost-to-Complete Analysis, Construction Loan Monitoring, Funds Control, Pre-Construction Services, Construction Defects Analysis, and related disciplines. We have had the privilege of supporting an extraordinary range of projects, from one of New York City’s largest super-tall skyscrapers to a rodeo arena in Western Tennessee, and from grammar schools to major university facilities.
