Beacon Consulting Group, Inc. is proud to announce that Myat Cyn, Project Manager & Surety Consultant, has been selected to join the 2025–2026 Emerging Leaders Program of the American Bar Association’s Fidelity & Surety Law Committee (FSLC).

This prestigious program identifies and cultivates rising leaders in the fidelity and surety community. Participants engage in leadership development sessions, networking events, and specialized programming designed to support their growth within the FSLC. The program, now in its third year, continues to strengthen the future of the industry, with alumni already serving in key leadership roles.

As part of the honor, Myat will take part in events throughout the year, including the FSLC Spring Meeting in Sedona, and a full-day leadership development program preceding the FSLC Midwinter Meeting in Washington, D.C.

More About Myat Cyn

Myat Cyn joined Beacon Consulting Group seven years ago as a project engineer and has proven to be an invaluable member of our team. Based on her hard work, positive attitude, dedication to serving Beacon's clients, and technical competence, Myat has risen to the position of Project Manager & Surety Consultant. Since joining Beacon, Myat has worked on a wide range of Construction Consulting and Surety Claims Consulting assignments.

Myat is a member of Women In Surety and has been a featured panelist at various industry events, including the 2025 Pearlman Conference and past ABA FSLC Midwinter Meetings. Myat is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology where she received a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
