Beacon has been retained by a leading surety company to provide construction consulting services in connection with the completion of electrical and mechanical work across four major public healthcare facilities and one New York City high school.

The healthcare portfolio includes active contracts totaling approximately $8.4 million. For each of the projects below, Beacon will be assisting the surety with construction oversight, cost-to-complete analyses, review of accounts payable, and other services:

• Medical Center #2 – Major public hospital in Brooklyn, NY
• Medical Center #3 – Public outpatient healthcare clinic in Queens, NY
• Medical Center #4 – Regional public hospital in the Bronx, NY

Beacon’s engagement also includes advisory services related to remaining scope at a specialized public high school in Manhattan, NY.
