Beacon President Dennis O'Neill and Assistant Project Manager Myat Cyn were both panel speakers at this year's ABA Fidelity & Surety Law Committee (FSLC) Midwinter Conference held January 18-20, 2023 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Washington, D.C. Dennis participated on a panel which discussed "The Evolving Landscape of Construction Risk Management & The Priority of Effectively Handling Change."
