I hope you've had a wonderful summer. It’s hard to believe that Labor Day weekend is already here! This summer has been a busy one for everyone here at Beacon. We have taken on some incredible new projects in recent months that we’re truly excited about. We have also welcomed several talented new staff members in both our New York and Boston offices. We’re thrilled to see our team and our work continuing to grow.

On a personal note, one of the highlights of my summer was traveling to Ireland in early July with my son Rory, who recently graduated high school and is now off to college. Along with other family members and friends, Rory and I participated in the 2025 Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle. It was an unforgettable experience. I’m grateful for the opportunity to combine travel, time with family and friends, being outdoors in a beautiful place, and helping raise money for a great cause. I’m also very pleased to share that next week I will be co-chairing The 2025 Pearlman Conference in Woodinville, WA, alongside my two remarkable co-chairs, Jennifer Fiore (Dunlap Fiore LLC) and Shauna Szczechowicz (Philadelphia Insurance Companies). This conference has always been a cornerstone event for our industry, and I look forward to the discussions and connections it will bring. More information is available here.
