I hope your spring season is off to a good start. Here in the Northeast, it is always a relief to finally welcome warmer weather and longer days. Spring is also when exterior construction activity picks up across the U.S. In colder regions like the Midwest, Northeast, and Mountain states, exterior site work ramps up as the ground thaws and temperatures stay consistently above freezing. There are many reasons for this. Frozen ground makes excavation slower, more expensive, and sometimes impractical, while also placing more strain on equipment. On February 17, James Bruno marked his 21st anniversary with Beacon Consulting Group. Jim joined Beacon in 2005 and, after successfully leading a wide range of construction consulting assignments, was appointed Vice President in 2015.
Throughout his career at Beacon, Jim has managed and consulted on projects ranging in size from $5 million to more than $420 million in contract value.
