President's Message, March 2026

March is always a meaningful month at Beacon Consulting Group. On March 3rd, we proudly celebrate our 23rd Anniversary in business. What began as a focused vision more than two decades ago has grown into a nationally recognized consulting firm built on expertise, integrity, and trusted relationships. I’m incredibly grateful to our employees, clients, and industry partners who have placed their confidence in us year after year. Read more about our 23rd Anniversary here.

We’re also celebrating a major milestone for someone who has helped shape Beacon’s success. In late February, our Vice President, Jim Bruno, marked his 21st anniversary with the company. Jim’s dedication to our clients and his steady leadership have made a lasting impact. I have known Jim for more than 40 years. We grew up near each other, and our families were friends long before Beacon existed. Working alongside him has been a privilege. Jim, thank you for your hard work, loyalty, and friendship. Read Jim’s staff profile here.

We also have exciting news from New York. Our team has officially moved into its new office at 18 West 33rd Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10001. The finishing touches on the build-out were completed last week, and the team was fully moved in by Friday, February 27th. We look forward to sharing more details and photos soon.

Across the country, our Construction Consulting teams remain busy supporting projects of every size, particularly for our surety industry clients. I encourage you to read this month’s featured project profile for a closer look at our recent work.

This winter has certainly tested the Northeast. Beginning on February 22, a powerful blizzard moved through the region, dropping over two feet of snow in parts of coastal New England, New York, and New Jersey. Weather events like these can significantly impact construction schedules. Marcus Lehner recently shared insights on evaluating weather-related project delays. Click here for article.

For me, a bright spot this winter was the Beacon Bears pond hockey team returning to the ice in New Hampshire for the 16th time. Learn more about this fun annual tradition here.

As we celebrate 23 years in business, I’m reminded that our success is built on people. Our employees, our clients, and our partners are the foundation of Beacon’s continued growth. Thank you for being part of our journey.

As always, if you need support with any construction consulting matter, please Contact Beacon.

Best Regards,

Dennis O'Neill, President
