Beacon Consulting Group was selected by a leading Surety company to provide construction consulting services related to the construction of a new high school and elementary school in Cincinnati, Ohio. The new 144,000-sf school is being built on a 6.6-acre site which is currently shared by St. Bernard-Elmwood Place High School and St. Bernard Elementary School. Upon completion, it will bring a consolidated state of the art school to the district. The project is valued at $34 million.

The 40th Precinct reconstruction project entails the ground-up construction of a 43,000-sf police station in the Melrose neighborhood of the South Bronx. The site is located about 1.5 miles from Yankee Stadium.
