Beacon Consulting Group was selected by a leading Surety company to provide construction consulting services related to the construction of a new high school and elementary school in Cincinnati, Ohio. The new 144,000-sf school is being built on a 6.6-acre site which is currently shared by St. Bernard-Elmwood Place High School and St. Bernard Elementary School. Upon completion, it will bring a consolidated state of the art school to the district. The project is valued at $34 million.

I hope you are having a great fall. It's such a beautiful time of year here in the Northeast U.S., where the weather is still mild, but the fall foliage colors are peaking and so many sports and outdoor activities are in full swing. The fall is extremely busy in the construction industry, where there is a race to get many exterior project tasks completed (at least in Northern states) before the snowy weather and freezing temperatures arrive.
